Your Role:

You will be coordinating the preparation of monthly reports and invoice packs including consolidation of garrison submissions.

You will be liaising with finance teams to ensure volumetric usage information is delivered within required timelines.

You will be addressing invoicing issues with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and customers.

You will be supporting month-end processes including reconciliations in line with required controls.

You will be supporting budgeting, forecasting, and revenue analysis activities for contract performance.

You will be assisting with contract change accounting and validation of associated outputs and reporting.
What We're Looking For:

Qualifications: You will be educated to at least degree level or equivalent, demonstrating a strong academic foundation relevant to finance and accounting.

Experience: You will have strong attention to detail and general business awareness, supporting accurate financial reporting and operations.

Skills: You will have excellent communication skills, strong organisational ability, and a professional approach, with the capability to work effectively as part of a team.
Experience & Knowledge:
You will have strong attention to detailand an understanding of general business awareness.
Desirable:
Public sector or similar contract experience would be an advantage, similarly so would Defence sector accounting experience.
