Are you ready to join a dynamic team where innovation thrives? Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL) is seeking a passionate and results-driven Apprentice Data Analyst to be part of our exciting journey.
The Data Analyst Apprentice will support the delivery of ADSL’s Digital Transformation Strategy by developing core data and digital capabilities through a structured Level 4 Data Analyst apprenticeship programme, combined with hands-on application in operational projects.
You will build a strong foundation in data analytics, data engineering, and modern digital platforms, with practical exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, and Copilot.
This role supports a long-term pathway towards becoming a Power Platform Developer and works closely with Digital Change, Business Intelligence, and Application Development teams to deliver data-led solutions aligned to business needs.

Your Role:
-
You will be completing a Level 4 Data Analyst apprenticeship programme and applying learning to workplace delivery
-
You will be supporting the development of data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, including data ingestion, transformation, modelling, and reporting outputs

You will be assisting in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
-
You will be supporting the creation and use of Copilot tools to enhance data access, knowledge sharing, and automation
-
You will be analysing business data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities
-
You will be working with stakeholders, contributing to testing, documentation, and ensuring adherence to data governance, security, and quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications: You will be committed to completing a Level 4 Data Analyst apprenticeship and will hold GCSEs or equivalent including Maths and English.
Experience: You will have a strong interest in data, analytics, and digital solutions, with a basic understanding of Microsoft tools and the ability to work with data accurately and logically while demonstrating a willingness to learn.
Skills: You will have a strong analytical mindset with attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders while managing both learning and delivery commitments.
Experience & Knowledge:
