The Best Connection are currently recruiting Assembly Operatives on behalf of our well-established client based in Knutsford.

The Role
As an Assembly Operative, you will be involved in a variety of production and workshop tasks that help keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. This is a varied role where no two days are the same.
Your Duties Will Include:
Assembling components from machined parts
Using hand tools such as spanners and other workshop equipment
Carrying out basic functional testing
Packing and preparing products for dispatch
Supporting general workshop and production duties
Assisting with additional manufacturing processes when required
Working towards daily production targets as part of a team
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Basic data entry and production updates
What We're Looking For
Full training will be provided, so previous experience is not essential. However, successful candidates will ideally:
Have previous assembly or manufacturing experience (advantageous but not required)
Be comfortable using hand tools
Have basic PC and data entry skills
Be reliable, hardworking, and take pride in their work
Have a positive attitude and work well within a team
Be willing to learn and support different areas of production
Possess good communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
