1:45am - 11:00am - 20% shift allowance
5:15am - 2:30pm - 10% shift allowance
9:00am - 6:15pm - 10% shift allowance
The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Operative / Setter to join a busy and well-established manufacturing environment in Keighley.
This is a permanent position with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and operating machinery to produce high-quality products to customer specifications while maintaining excellent quality standards and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Setting and operating production machinery
Producing goods in line with works orders and quality standards
Reading and understanding production drawings
Using correct tooling and materials
Carrying out quality inspections and accurate product weighing
Working closely with Technical and Quality departments
Maintaining a safe and efficient working environment
What We're Looking For
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Understanding of measuring equipment
Good communication skills
Flexible approach to rotating shifts
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Experience
Previous manufacturing experience
Experience within a fast-paced production environment
Cold forming experience
