Administrator
Pertemps are currently looking for a temporary administrator to join an established business in Andover with an immediate start and likely to be running for a month.
Responsibilities as an Administrator:
Logging new calls
Updating figures of daily call review processes
Assisting with arranging parts for customers
Scheduling maintenance visits for engineers
Administrative duties for workshop repairs
Updating customers
Requirements:
Available immediately
Excellent customer service and administrative experience
Self sufficient and able to hit the ground running
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The Administrator Role:
Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm or 9am – 5.30pm
£13.55 per hour
