Your main responsibilities will include:

Using bespoke software to complete and record calculations

Editing and updating client details

Preparing emails, letters and updates to clients

Answering telephone calls and liaising with a variety of contacts

Updating information accurately using Excel and internal software

Being a flexible and proactive team member
As you gain more experience and increase your knowledge through completing industry specific qualifications, you will be able to take on more responsibility, dealing with more complex calculations along with the opportunity to progress your career.
My client are looking for candidates who are educated to degree level (or equivalent), have excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. You will be highly organised and able to prioritise your day to day responsibilities as well as be a strong team player. Intermediate level on Word, Excel and MS Office is required.
