Whether you already have admin experience or are looking for your first office role, here you’ll learn important financial processes relating to the company’s outgoing payments.
You’ll work Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:00, so you’ll always have your evenings and weekends free. Plus, you’ll receive a generous annual bonus that will really top up your salary!
You’ll develop your IT skills by learning the new software the business implemented last year. Your training will be delivered to you by both your managers and colleagues.
The office has just undergone refurbishment, so you’ll be working in a newly renovated workspace with new facilities.
There’s free on-site parking, and the office is within walking distance of the Whitnash and Warwick Gates areas if you prefer to walk to work.
It’s a new position in this small team that’s part of a large national company - you’ll make it 7. Some have vast experience, but others have only joined this year too.
What you’ll be doing:

Processing invoices into the finance system

Processing expense invoices

Completing monthly supplier reconciliations

Dealing with supplier queries and updating their bank details

VAT checking

Liaising with suppliers and internal teams over the phone and via email.
What you’ll need:

Confident telephone skills – you’ll be answering the phone and making calls.

Reasonable numeracy skills – you’ll be working with numbers all day.

Basic IT and typing skills – you’ll be taught how to use their systems.
Annual leave:
It starts at 20 days, and you’ll always have bank holidays off.
