We’re currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to support a busy team based in Ipswich. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and can hit the ground running.
The Role
You’ll be providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Duties are likely to include:
Managing and updating records and databases
Handling incoming calls and emails
Supporting with document preparation and data entry
Filing, scanning and maintaining accurate records
Assisting the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasksAbout You
We’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable and comfortable working in a structured environment.
You’ll ideally have:
Previous administrative experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A proactive and flexible approachPlease note: A DBS check will be required for this position.
