An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and organised Sales Administrator to join a busy and professional automotive business with multiple sites across Essex.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment, has excellent attention to detail, and thrives as part of a supportive team. This role has the benefit of monthly bonuses based on compliance. Salary is paid are a OTE of £29,000 per annum with a lower basic and extra bonus.
Key Responsibilities

Preparing invoices and processing vehicle documentation

Bringing vehicles into stock systems

Preparing and maintaining customer files

Scanning and organising documents

Liaising with Sales Consultants and internal departments

Handling incoming calls and enquiries

Data processing and general administration duties

Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc office tasks as required
Skills & Experience Required
-
Previous administration experience is essential

Previous sales administration experience would be highly advantageous

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work both independently and within a team

Working Hours, Pay & Benefits

Salary paid as minimum wage, with bonuses on top. OTE of the rest of the team is £29,000 per annum. – this will be the same.
