Salary: £32,000 - £34,000
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Our client is a well-established international business currently experiencing an exciting period of growth, with no signs of slowing down. Due to continued success and increasing demand, they are now looking to add an experienced and customer-focused individual to their Customer Service & Sales Support team.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, delivering a first-class customer experience while ensuring all administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a shared customer inbox and responding within agreed service levels.
Coordinating product samples for both new and existing customers.
Preparing and providing competitive quotations while offering expert product guidance.
Passing successful quotations and leads to the internal sales team.
Maintaining accurate customer records on the internal CRM/database.
Monitoring and maintaining stock levels.
Producing reports for senior management.
Providing additional support to the wider sales and customer service team during busy periods.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have previous administration or customer service experience within a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a changing business are essential.
