The Role
Due to business growth and increased demand, Production / Assembly / Finisher Operatives are required to join the production team in Highbridge, Somerset. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role within a structured manufacturing environment, offering skill development and long-term progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

Clean and sanitise production areas and equipment

Finish and polish product units to required standards

Carry out assembly and manufacturing tasks, including modular pod units

Safe and efficient use of hand and power tools

Support production and warehouse operations
-
Manual handling and other physical duties

Follow all health & safety procedures and quality standards
About You
-
Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable but not essential

Comfortable using hand tools and basic machinery

Practical, hands-on skills or DIY experience

Good attention to detail and willingness to learn

Reliable, committed, and a team player

Physically capable of manual work in a busy environment
