We are currently looking for Production / Assembly / Builder Operatives to join our growing team in Highbridge, Somerset. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role offering full training, career progression, and the chance to develop new skills in a supportive environment.
The Role – Production / Assembly / Builder Operative:

Carry out assembly and manufacturing tasks, including pod units

Safe and efficient use of hand and power tools
-
Support production and warehouse operations
-
Manual handling and other physical tasks
-
Follow all health & safety procedures and quality standards
About You:
-
Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential

Comfortable using hand tools and basic machinery

Practical DIY skills or hands-on experience

Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and reliability

Able to work well in a team and physically capable of performing manual tasks
