Customer Account Executive
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Account Executive to join a well-established and growing compliance and engineering services business based in Brighouse.
Our client is a respected provider operating nationwide, supporting businesses across sectors including manufacturing, transport, waste management, automotive and renewables. Due to continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their sales team with a motivated and customer-focused individual.
The Role
This is a varied and fast-paced position focused on managing both new and existing customer accounts. Responsibilities will include:

Preparing and following up quotations

Managing inbound and outbound sales activity

Building and maintaining strong customer relationships

Converting sales leads and identifying growth opportunities

Re-engaging lapsed customers

Supporting wider business development activity
-
Working towards monthly and quarterly sales targets
This is a fully office-based role, therefore strong telephone communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have:

Previous experience within a sales or account management environment

Experience managing customer accounts and building relationships

Confidence working in a target-driven environment

Excellent communication and organisational skills
-
Strong attention to detail

Good IT skills and telephone manner

A proactive and positive approach to work

Candidates seeking the higher end of the salary scale must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 3 years’ proven experience within a sales role in an engineering-related environment.
