This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of major High-Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) projects across the UK.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8-4 Hybrid working available at least 2 days in the officehat You'll Do:
As a Contracts Administrator, you'll be responsible for several essential tasks to ensure smooth contract management and cost control. Your key responsibilities will include:
Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly reporting packs for Project Directors, keeping everyone informed and aligned.
Contract Management System: Ensure approvals are in place and process forms for access to our contract management system (Fast Draft).
Supplier Onboarding: Collaborate with the Procurement team to support the onboarding of new suppliers.
Purchase Orders: Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) using the purchase management system (Coupa).
Policies and Governance: Manage document control for the Commercial Team to maintain version integrity and contribute to process development.What You Bring:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience in stakeholder management and preparing reports.
