Administrator & Client Support Executive
Full-Time | Office Based | Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator & Client Support Executive to join our growing team. This role combines administration, client support, report writing, and outbound calling to existing clients and new leads, within a Financial Advisory / Investment Managemernt firm.
The successful candidate will be confident communicating with clients, managing multiple tasks, and supporting the wider team to deliver excellent service.
Key Responsibilities

Preparing reports and completing administrative tasks

Maintaining accurate client records and CRM systems

Handling calls, emails, post, and general office administration

Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Supporting the sales and advisory teams with day-to-day administration

Ensuring compliance with company policies and data protection procedures
Requirements

Previous office administration experience essential

Strong organisational and communication skills

Confident telephone manner

Good attention to detail and data entry skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
