What you’ll be doing
-
Supporting the clearance of properties at the end of tenancies, including removal of household items and waste
-
Cleaning and preparing void properties to a high standard, ensuring they are safe and ready for trade operatives
-
Carrying out mould treatment, minor damp prevention works, and removing damaged decorations
-
Clearing and maintaining internal and external areas, including gardens, and removing waste from other trades for appropriate disposal

Maintaining accurate waste disposal records in line with policies and procedures

Treating customers’ homes with respect, working safely at all times, and reporting any concerns

Looking after equipment, ensuring it is clean, safe, and in good working order

Attending and completing all required training, toolbox talks, and e-learning modules

Communicating professionally and empathetically with customers, colleagues, and local stakeholders

Carrying out work safely and professionally, ensuring customers’ homes are left clean and secure

Using PDA/mobile technology to receive, update, and manage repair jobs efficiently

Producing accurate records, including before-and-after photographs and detailed job notes
What you’ll need

Full UK manual driving licence

Comfortable working in a physically active and practical environment

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support colleagues

Reliable, professional, and committed to safe working practices

Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and teams

Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial but is not essential
