Supply School Administrators - Temporary & Ad Hoc Opportunities
Various school locations across West Yorkshire
Full-time hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (term time only)
Veritas Education is currently seeking reliable and adaptable School Administrators to join our team on a temporary, ad hoc basis, supporting a range of schools as and when cover is required.
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced administrative professionals who enjoy working in dynamic school environments and are looking for flexible work.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing front-of-house reception support
Managing phone calls, emails and general enquiries
Supporting attendance and pupil record systems (e.g. SIMS, Arbor, etc.)
General administrative duties to support the wider school office
Working collaboratively with school staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
Previous experience working within a school environment (highly desirable)
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Confident communication and professional manner
Ability to adapt quickly to new settings
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential or willingness to obtain one)
