We’re looking for a proactive and solutions-driven Customer Service Resolution Specialist to join a growing and dynamic organisation within the renewable energy sector.

The Role
As a Resolution Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert when customer issues arise. You’ll take full ownership of cases, investigate problems, and deliver effective solutions while maintaining a first-class customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing and triaging incoming customer queries and ensuring timely responses

Handling returns processes and coordinating with internal teams

Speaking directly with customers to resolve issues and de-escalate concerns

Investigating complaints to identify root causes and prevent recurrence

Logging and tracking cases accurately using internal systems

Working to SLA targets and ensuring cases are resolved efficiently

Acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout the resolution process

Escalating complex or high-risk issues where necessary
About You
We’re looking for someone who is confident, organised, and customer-focused, with a natural ability to solve problems.
You’ll ideally have:

Strong experience in a customer service or complaints/resolutions role

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

The ability to manage multiple cases and prioritise effectively

Confidence dealing with challenging situations and finding solutions

A proactive and detail-oriented approach

Good IT skills (Microsoft Office and CRM systems)
