Overview

This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, friendly, and supportive team in a varied role that blends supply chain administration with customer service responsibilities.
The position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, managing processes end‑to‑end, and building strong relationships both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Administration
Track, process, and monitor customer orders from receipt through to delivery.
Maintain accurate order data within internal systems and spreadsheets.
Liaise with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
Support forecasting, stock checks, and general supply chain coordination.
Produce regular reports using Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis.
Customer Service Administration
Act as a first point of contact for customer queries via phone and email.
Provide updates on order status, lead times, and delivery schedules.
Resolve issues promptly and professionally, escalating where necessary.
Build positive relationships with customers to support repeat business.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Skills & Experience Required
Strong Excel capability is essential, including confident use of pivot tables.
Previous experience in supply chain, order processing, or customer service.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem‑solving approach.
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively within a small team environment.
Experience within a manufacturing or product‑based business is advantageous.
