We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and supportive team based in Wigston on a temporary 2-month contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and previous customer service experience who enjoys helping customers and working in a fast-paced environment. The role offers hybrid working, combining both office and home-based flexibility.
The Role:

Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email

Providing professional and efficient customer support

Updating internal systems accurately

Resolving customer queries and escalating where required

Working closely with internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery

Maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach at all times

Previous customer service or office-based experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
