Location: Bootle, Liverpool
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, Friday 8am - 3:30pm
Contract: Initially temporary moving to Permanent

About the Role
We are working with a well-established manufacturing business based in Bootle who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a full-time, office-based role offering stable working hours and a competitive salary.
The role is a mix of customer interaction via phone and email, supporting customers throughout the entire order lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Handling customer queries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner
Processing customer orders accurately on internal systems
Managing order-related queries, including amendments, deliveries and lead times
Providing after-sales support and resolving any issues or concerns
Liaising with internal departments such as production, logistics and sales to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer and order recordsAbout You
Confident communicator with strong telephone and email skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with order management systems and standard office software (full training provided)
