Responsibilities
Providing tailored 1:1 classroom support
Supporting the child's academic, social, and emotional development
Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
Encouraging engagement and positive learning experiences
Assisting with classroom activities and routines
Requirements
Experience working with children or young people with SEN preferred
Patient, caring, and adaptable approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
