Individual Needs Assistant Required - Brighton
We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and proactive Individual Needs Assistant to provide tailored support for a student within an academic setting in Brighton.
The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day academic and personal support needs, helping to promote independence, confidence, and engagement in education.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing one-to-one support during academic activities
Assisting with organisation, note-taking, and time management
Supporting communication and social interaction where required
Encouraging independence and participation
Liaising professionally with staff and relevant support servicesEssential Skills & Qualities:

Previous experience in support work, education, or care is desirableLocation:
