Experienced Factory Operative
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Factory Operative to join the team at one of our clients based in Snodland. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business offering consistent hours and competitive rates of pay.
Pay Rate
£17.00 - £18.00 per hour
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:10pm
Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Duties Will Include
Operating within a busy factory/manufacturing environment
Assembly and production work
Using hand and power tools
Following technical drawings and specifications
Quality checking finished products
Maintaining health & safety standards on site
General factory and warehouse duties as required
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience working within a manufacturing or factory environment
Reliable and hardworking attitude
Good attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience using tools and manufacturing equipment preferred
Strong understanding of workplace health & safety
