Responsibilities in your new role as Sales Support Administrator
As our client's Sales Support Administrator, you'll be the crucial first point of contact for all inbound enquiries, helping to create a positive and professional customer experience from the very first interaction. Using your excellent communication and listening skills, you'll confidently engage with customers via phone and email, gathering key information before seamlessly passing enquiries to the Travel Advisors team.
Your friendly, organised, and proactive approach will play an important role in ensuring every customer journey starts smoothly, leaving a lasting and positive impression from the outset.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
We are seeking someone with an engaging personality who is eager to contribute to a travel-focused environment. A good knowledge of Scottish geography, and ideally Ireland and the wider UK, would be a significant advantage. You will possess a positive, proactive attitude ready to make an impact. While we value previous experience in a similar role, we're primarily looking for individuals with the right enthusiasm and drive.
You will be required to work 1 Saturday per month for an 8 hours with a 30-minute lunch break. You have the option to start at either 8:30am, 9:30am or 10:00am.
