Property Factoring Coordinator - Customer Service Focus
Location: Glasgow / Hybrid Option

We're looking for a Property Factoring Coordinator to join our busy services team. This is a key role supporting homeowners and sharing owners, providing guidance, resolving enquiries, and managing the administration of property factoring services.
What you'll do:
Be the first point of contact for owner enquiries, providing clear, friendly, and professional support.
Manage factoring administration including records, correspondence, invoicing, and statistics.
Support debt recovery processes and manage high-value arrears cases.
Assist with major works projects, homeowner welcome packs, and shared equity administration.
Collaborate across teams, contractors, and consultants to deliver quality services.
Help drive customer engagement and support vulnerable homeowners.
Ensure accurate logging of enquiries, complaints, and actions in our management systems.What we're looking for:
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience with administration, record-keeping, or property services is an advantage.
Confidence working with debt management and legal processes is desirable.
