People Services Administrator (HR Administrator) - 15 Month Contract

Job Summary
We are recruiting for a People Services Administrator / HR Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced HR function within an international business.
This is a varied HR administration and HR coordination role supporting the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, HR systems administration, employee relations support, and HR data management.
The ideal candidate will be confident in communication, highly organised, and comfortable working with HR systems and Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and induction processes for new starters
Administer HR systems (Cezanne and TALOS), ensuring accurate and compliant HR data entry
Prepare HR documentation including offer letters, contracts, and changes to terms and conditions
Act as first-line HR support for employee and manager queries
Support HR policy guidance and general HR administration tasks
Process employee lifecycle changes including starters, leavers, and contract amendments
Support payroll administration including HR data changes
Conduct Right to Work checks, reference requests, and DBS verification
Support exit interviews and record employee feedback
Produce HR reports and management information using Excel and HR systems
Support Learning & Development coordination activities
Assist with formal HR processes including absence management, grievance, and disciplinary administration
Provide HR support for international (US-based) operations when required
Skills & Experience Required
Essential
Previous experience in an HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, or People Services role
Experience using HR systems and/or ATS platforms (e.g. Cezanne, TALOS or similar)
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (data entry, reporting, accuracy checking)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and confidentiality awareness
