The Best Connection are currently recruiting for reliable and hardworking CSCS Operatives to join our team based in Leyland. This is a full-time, ongoing role with the opportunity to work across various locations, with accommodation and expenses covered.
This position involves working away Monday to Friday, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy travel and varied work environments.
Job Details
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Working Away Allowance: £20 per day
Accommodation: Hotel and breakfast provided
Contract Type: Full-time, ongoing (temp to perm opportunities available)Key Responsibilities
Carrying out tarmacing and surface work on various sites
Working with hand tools and machinery
Supporting a small team of operatives (3-4 people)
Working outdoors in all weather conditions
Following site health and safety proceduresRequirements
Valid Green CSCS Card (essential)
Willingness to work away during the week (Monday-Friday)
Good level of physical fitness
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work well as part of a team
