TeacherActive is proud to be working with a range of welcoming nurseries across Leeds, who are looking to appoint Level 2 Early Years Assistants. The nurseries provide warm and stimulating environments where children are encouraged to develop confidence, independence and key early learning skills through play-based activities.
The nurseries are looking to take on dedicated Level 2 Early Years Assistants on a flexible day-to-day basis. The successful Early Years Assistant will support children across the early years age range, assisting with daily routines, learning activities and ensuring a safe and positive environment for all children within the settings.
The successful Level 2 Early Years Assistant will have:
Level 2 qualification in Childcare or Early Years
Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
A caring and patient approach to supporting children’s development
