The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
Provide classroom support across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 settings
Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences
Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups where required
Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, and participation in learning
Help create a safe, nurturing, and supportive classroom environment
Adapt confidently to different schools and classroom settingsWhat We're Looking For
We welcome applications from individuals who have:
A Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant, or relevant childcare qualification, or recent experience working with children
A positive, patient, and supportive approach to working with young learners
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Flexibility, reliability, and a willingness to work across different school settings
