Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently
Accurately log call details and update internal systems
Escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
Maintain confidentiality and comply with company procedures
Provide customers with accurate information and support
Follow up on outstanding queries where required
Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet service targets
Skills and Experience Required
Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, or administrative role preferred
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Good IT and data entry skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Professional and friendly telephone manner
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths preferred
