This is a primarily remote HR Assistant role with one day per week required in the Cambridge office.

As the HR Assistant, your duties will include:
Supporting end-to-end recruitment across support, engineering and apprenticeship roles
Managing onboarding processes including contracts, right to work checks and inductions
Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries across the business
Supporting employee relations processes including disciplinary preparation
Maintaining accurate records, systems and documentation
Contributing to Human Resources projects including policy updates, handbook improvements and future learning initiatives
The successful HR Assistant will have:
Previous experience within a generalist Human Resources role
CIPD qualification or currently working towards CIPD
Experience working within a fast-paced or changing environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee relations activities
Familiarity with HR systems and administration
A proactive mindset with the confidence to suggest improvements and new ideas
