Production / Kitchen Operative – Temporary Role

We are currently recruiting for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a busy fresh fruit production team in Gravesend on a temporary basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced food production environment, supporting the preparation and packing of high-quality fresh fruit products supplied to major retailers nationwide.
Our client specialises in delivering convenient, seasonal food packs to market. As award-winning prepared fruit specialists, they are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, freshness, and food safety throughout the production process.
Shift times may include:

7am – 2pm

7am – 4pm
-
8am – 8pm
Duties Include:
-
Packing fresh fruit products into containers
-
Preparing and handling fruit products on production lines
-
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the factory

Following food safety and health & safety procedures at all times

Working efficiently as part of a busy production team

Wearing company protective clothing, including hair nets and safety footwear, to prevent contamination
Requirements:

Previous experience within a food production or factory environment preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-
Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
-
Good attention to detail
-
Ability to follow hygiene and safety procedures
