The Role - Education and Training - Learning Support Assistant
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Support secondary-aged students both inside and outside the classroom
- Work closely with teachers and therapists to support learning and wellbeing
- Assist pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small intervention groups
- Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, and independence
- Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
- Support students with communication and emotional regulation needs
This role would suit someone passionate about edicatopnm and training who is considering a future career in teaching, psychology, therapy, youth work, or SEN support.
