Executive Assistant to the Dean and Deputy Dean
Pay: £25.51 per hour
Hybrid working model: 4 days a week in the office (Mon to Thurs) and Friday working from home.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.
Are you a highly organised professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the higher education sector. We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to support the Dean and Deputy Dean at a prestigious institution located on the vibrant South Kensington campus.
Role Overview:
As the Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Dean and Deputy Dean's offices. This position is expected to begin in the week of May 18th for a thorough handover and will run for an estimated six months or more, with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the diaries of the Dean and Deputy Dean, juggling priorities with discretion and diplomacy.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to both the Dean and Deputy Dean, as well as the Executive Officer.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.
Assist with various administrative tasks to enhance productivity and efficiency in the office.We are seeking a proactive individual with:
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a higher education or public sector environment.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
