Our client our a leading company within the technologically advanced vibration control, rubber fabrication and bonding solutions sector. They are looking for individuals to join their busy production team, who will take responsibility for the assembly and quality of the products manufactured in their cell.
Main duties include:
Cutting and preparing rubber blanks ready for the mould
Operation of heated hydraulic power presses of the products
Identifying scrap and escalating any issues that arise to
Adherence to strict process specifications and quality standards
Preparation of small metal components for moulding process using shotblasting technology.
Operation of bespoke assembly machinery of the products
Adherence to strict process specifications and quality standards
Quality checks of assembled rubber products
Adherence to strict process specifications and quality standards.
Trimming and bonding of final rubber products.
Batch control and record keeping.PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS
