Property Management Administrator (Europe‑Focused)
My client is a prestigious family office who are looking for a highly organised, proactive Assistant Property Manager to support the day‑to‑day operations of our residential portfolio..
What you’ll do:

Act as the main point of contact for our local property managers and brokers abroad.

Coordinate repairs, maintenance, quotes, and invoices.

Oversee the full rental cycle: pricing, listings, viewings, offers, tenant selection, contracts, check‑ins/outs, and deposits.

Keep monthly property and rental records up to date.

Track property expenses and file invoices.

Support furnishing of new acquisitions (Spain).
-
Join regular portfolio meetings and contribute commentary for quarterly reports.

Occasionally visit properties (optional but encouraged).
What you bring:

Strong organisation and communication skills.

Detail‑oriented with confidence in reviewing financials and invoices.

Strong experience on Excel.
-
Spanish language skills a plus (not required).
-
Experience with data entry or Xero helpful (not essential).
