A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to join its Private Client team.

The successful candidate will provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within a busy Private Client department.
Duties will include:

Supporting fee earners with day-to-day administrative tasks

Managing diaries, appointments and meetings

Opening, closing and archiving files
-
Electronic filing and use of case management systems

Handling incoming and outgoing post
-
Liaising with clients both over the phone and in person

Assisting with billing, time recording and compliance processes

Supporting the preparation of Wills, LPAs and other Private Client documentation

Assisting with the storage and retrieval of original legal documents
The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability

Confident Microsoft Office skills

Strong communication skills and a professional approach

The ability to manage workloads effectively within a busy environment

A proactive and team-focused attitude
