About the Role
We are currently recruiting for reliable Production Operatives to join a market leading manufacturing business.
This is a hands-on role combining machine operation and manual duties, supporting the production process by cutting, assembling, and preparing products to specification. You will be working as part of a team to ensure production runs efficiently while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

Operating CNC and other production machinery

Cutting materials to required sizes using machinery

Assembling products accurately to job specifications

Packing, shrink-wrapping, and preparing goods for dispatch

Moving materials around the production area

Maintaining quality standards at all times

Following all health & safety procedures
What We’re Looking For

Experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly

Comfortable working with machinery and learning new processes

Good attention to detail

Physically capable of manual handling duties

Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
