We are seeking skilled CNC Bend Operatives to join our production team. You will be responsible for operating press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal components to precise specifications.
Duties:
Set up and operate CNC press brake machines (e.g., Amada, Bystronic, Trumpf)
Load raw materials and unload finished parts
Interpret and follow technical drawings and bend instructions
Perform quality checks and ensure parts meet required tolerances
Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance
Troubleshoot machine issues and escalate when necessary
Organize work area and contribute to department upkeep
Support workload planning and continuous improvement initiatives Candidate Requirements:
Experience operating CNC bend machines in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced production setting
Hardworking, reliable, and determined attitude
Good level of spoken English for clear communication
