Location: Northampton (office-based – car driver required)
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000
Hours: Monday to Friday (early finish on Fridays)

We are recruiting for a number of established Northampton-based organisation is seeking experienced Sales Administrator to support its commercial sales function.
This position would suit someone from a commercial finance, insurance, lending, or corporate finance support background who is comfortable managing financial documentation, liaising with lenders, and supporting sales activity in a structured, fast-paced environment.
The Role
Providing administrative support to the sales team across live deals
Preparing and managing financial proposals and supporting documentation
Liaising with lenders and internal stakeholders to progress transactions
Processing pay-outs, producing reports, and maintaining accurate CRM records
Supporting client communication where required
Ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the sales processCandidate Requirements
Previous experience in sales administration within finance, insurance, or lending
Strong numerical ability and financial awareness
Confident user of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Clear and professional communication style
Must be a car driver due to office location
