RyeView Homes are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our busy Estate Agency. As a well-established, successful, and reputable independent agency based in High Wycombe, we are seeking a proactive individual to support our sales and lettings team. While prior experience in estate agency administration is not required—full training will be provided—previous administrative experience would be highly beneficial.
This is a varied and engaging role, with responsibilities including (but not limited to) handling email and telephone enquiries, registering client details on our system, uploading property listings to online portals and the company website, preparing and issuing tenancy agreements, carrying out tenant referencing, maintaining the office window display, and supporting general administrative tasks.
