We are looking to recruit a part time Team Administrator, on a fixed term basis for a year to provide a highly valued service to the clinical team in South Oxfordshire Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS).
This is a varied and fast paced opportunity, and you will play a vital role within the team, being first point of contact for our patients. You will also work closely with our Team to provide administrative help for the clinicians. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to further their career in health care and develop their admin skills further.
We are a team who support Children and Young People & their families with moderate to severe mental health presentations. We are a multi-disciplinary team who rely upon robust administrative support to run a safe and caring service to the families of Oxfordshire.
We are looking for someone who has excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, along with effective IT skills, a good standard of administrative skills and ability to manage competing priorities within a busy team setting.
Main administrator duties:

Managing an admin inbox, including formatting letters, helping clinicians with administrative tasks etc

Managing consultant diary's, as well as helping with administrative tasks for them and managing a spreadsheet

Referrals management, including use of spreadsheets

Answering telephone and responding to emails from parents/carers and professionals from external inbox

Helping with up keep of the building such as IT equipment, reporting of jobs, stationary etc

Essential criteria

Higher Education qualification (i.e. A-Level/NVQ 3 standard) or extensive equivalent/previous experience in an Administration role

Relevant experience of working in an fast paced office environment as an administrator
