About the Role - Barking and Dagenham
Provide tailored support to students with additional needs in a special school setting
Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
Assist with the implementation of individual education plans
Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Support students in both classroom and one-to-one settingsAbout You
Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable
A strong interest in education and training
Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude
A willingness to learn and develop within education and training
