We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing & Admin Assistant to join a values driven training provider based in Chelmsford on an ongoing temporary basis, with the potential for a permanent opportunity in the future depending on the candidate and workload.
This position would suit someone who has some social media or marketing and admin exposure and is keen to learn, grow and get stuck in.
Key Details:
Remote working with access to office space in Chelmsford
Pay circa £13-16ph depending on experience
Core hours 08:30 – 17:00
Ongoing temporary role paid weekly via the agency
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting with marketing and admin activities
Creating and updating content using Canva, InDesign and other digital software
Assisting with creating social media and marketing material
Learning new software and systems to upskill and support the business
Providing assistance and admin support to the senior team
Supporting trainers during online training sessions
What experience you’ll bring:
A creative mindset with a positive and ambitious attitude
Some experience in an office or marketing assistant role
Willingness to learn new tools and software
Experience using Microsoft Suite and Teams/Slack
Experience using Canva, Indesign, or other related software
Confidence to communicate and get involved with the team
