This role involves supporting students with SEN and SEMH needs, helping them to engage with their learning and reach their full potential.

Learning Support Assistant - Main Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with additional needs
- Support students in accessing the curriculum and staying engaged in lessons
- Work closely with teachers and SENCO to implement tailored learning strategies
- Build positive and supportive relationships with pupils
- Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience working in a school or with children
- Ability to manage challenging behaviour in a calm and positive manner
- A passion for supporting students and making a difference
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
