We are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work across secondary schools through a teaching agency. This role offers a mixture of short‑term and long‑term placements, providing flexibility and varied experience in different school settings.
This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to make a positive career change into education or gain valuable classroom experience while supporting young people in their learning.
The Role:
Supporting students in the classroom on a 1:1 or small group basis
Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
Working with pupils who may have SEN, behavioural needs, or require additional academic support
Helping to create a calm, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
Previous classroom or school-based experience is a strong advantage
A genuine interest in supporting young people at secondary level
Strong communication skills and a positive, adaptable attitude
Experience in education, care, youth work, coaching, or similar roles is welcomed
Ability to build rapport and support students with diverse needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
