As a Multi Trade Operative you will be:
Carrying out reactive maintenance and day-to-day repairs in tenanted properties
Completing carpentry and plumbing works to a good standard
Undertaking tiling and patch plastering repairs
Painting and decorating where required
Delivering general maintenance duties within tenants’ homesI’d love to speak to anyone who has:
Previous experience working within social housing or domestic maintenance
Strong skills across multiple trades including carpentry and plumbing
Their own van and tools
A full UK driving licenceThe Multi Trade Operative role is offering the following benefits:
£22 per hour
Weekly pay (CIS payments available)
45p per mile for travel
12 weeks’ work with the opportunity to go permanent
Consistent, ongoing workLocation & travel
