We are working closely with a manufacturing business who are seeking a Sales Administrator to join a small, supportive team, where you will be providing essential operational support to the Sales Team. The role involves contract management, preparing quotations, processing orders, and assisting with tender preparation. Job Description:
Prepare sales quotations within a 24-hour turnaround
Process orders through the CRM system within the correct lead times
Source 3rd party products for proposals and confirmed orders
Work with the Account Management to develop schemes, layouts and costings for customers
Support with the development, preparation and submission of tenders and documentation
Distribute tender documentation to the relevant stakeholders
Review, analyse and prepare tender responses within the deadlines
Ensure the CRM is updated accurately
Coordinate and track drawing requests with the Design Team
Answer calls and respond to emails promptly
Support the Operations Manager and Account Management team with various departmental duties Candidate Requirements:
Experience within a Sales Administration role is essential
Ideally have knowledge and experience in tenders
Must have CRM experience
Be able to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Be able to work independently when required Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm & Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm
Salary: £30,000 per annum
