Connect Appointments is recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor to join an established IT asset management business based in Redditch.

Full-time permanent position
Monday to Friday, 42 hours per week
£28,000 to £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
32 days holiday per year

Contributory pension and on-site parkingAs a Warehouse Supervisor, your duties will include:
Supporting the day-to-day running of warehousing, production and distribution operations
Managing stock control and reconciling inventory with the warehouse management system
Maintaining health, safety, hygiene and security standards across the facility
Coaching, motivating and managing operational staff including conducting staff reviews
Collaborating with warehouse managers to develop actionable plans for loss prevention and productivity
Supporting warehouse administration and data input as requiredTo be considered as a Warehouse Supervisor, you will need:
A minimum of 2 year's experience in a warehouse supervisor or equivalent role
Sound knowledge of 5S, WMS systems and warehouse administration
Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
